Bottle Description

Filled in 2001 at Benrinnes Distillery, the whisky was left to mature for 19 years in refiill hogshead #305590 until it was bottled on 26th March 2021.

Bottled as part of Gordon & Macphail's Cask Strength Connoisseurs Choice series, this is one of only 109 produced.

Located in Aberlour, Benrinnes Distillery was founded in 1826 by Peter McKenzie however it was destroyed by a flood in 1829 and rebuilt in 1835.

In 1974, Benrinnes changed their distillation process to a partial triple distillation process however this was stopped in 2007.
